Tony Mann

Tony Mann is a leading facilitator working at an international level. He has been working in the field of strategic facilitation, change and of ‘top team’ development for 15 years, with clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors. One of his clients, when asked to write something about his work with them, wrote, “He helped us live in uncertainty”!

Tony’s role as a facilitator to Boards and senior management teams is offering models through which these groups can ‘think’ strategically, providing process input to help the group work effectively. He is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars and presents a series of workshops for the Best Practice Club™ based on the use of the Process Iceberg® as a tool for organisational transformation.

Tony is the author of Managing Change, published by Fenman and is co-author of a guidebook on Competencies published by Kogan Page. He has also developed a postgraduate Professional Qualification in Facilitation in conjunction with
Leeds Metropolitan University.
