Subscription products
Fenman currently publishes four subscription products: the flagship monthly magazine TJ: The publication for learning and development, and three part-works, Coach the Coach, Train the Trainer and Management Essentials, core skills for managers that can be used for self-study or as part of group learning.
TJ: The publication for learning and development
TJ is the definitive monthly journal for all those involved in learning and development, and aims to inspire, support and provide continuous professional development through a mixture of interviews, case studies, keynote features and practical articles. In one short reading session you will gain valuable tools and ideas which you can put into practice in your next training programme.
Coach the Coach
Coach the Coach is designed with professional coaches in mind, but it will also be relevant and hugely beneficial to all business people who use coaching as a management and people development tool. Each month you receive a new set of modules, written by coaching experts and professionals, covering every aspect of coaching, bringing you in-depth knowledge, critical insights and, above all, inspiration.
Train the Trainer
Train the Trainer is written and developed by training professionals. It gives you a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of learning and development. It is completely invaluable, no more searching through books and journals to find that vital article, that great idea; it will all be here in one place. Each month, for up to three years, you will receive six articles which build up to a comprehensive library of knowledge. Flexible, user friendly, informative, thought-provoking, stimulating, practical – this is critical information that you cannot afford to be without.
Management Essentials
Management Essentials offers core skills training for managers by providing practical support to develop new skills, ideas and practices. Each module provides dependable theory, practical applications and key learning points.
Management Essentials can be used by managers as a self-study resource. Additionally, for those involved in management learning and development programmes, Management Essentials will form a powerful training resource for you and your learners, building into a flexible resource that you (and they) can use whenever and wherever you want
