2-day train the trainer programme
Would you like to raise your level of training proficiency? Do you want to find new ways to deliver training that will engage and inspire delegates – even when the subject matter itself is less than inspiring?
This two-day workshop gives you ample time to explore the key training topics in theory, and then translate those concepts into practical sessions. The workshop is very participative, drawing on the delegates’ own real issues, to show the underlying concepts in action. Delegates will be able to re-energise their own training skills, as well as discovering new approaches for ‘tired’ or ‘traditional’ training sessions.
Day one is a rich mixture of tutor-led discussions, small group discussions and practical exercises. On day two, course delegates will deliver a series of training sessions, putting into practice many of the ideas and concepts discussed during the first day.
Participants should come armed either with a new session to work on or an existing session that they want to revitalise. All delegates receive a certificate on successful completion of the programme that counts towards their continuing professional development.
