Internal Consulting Skills
Many internal trainers are finding their role is changing – from purely designing and/or delivering training to becoming internal consultants. As such they are expected to work closely with senior managers or professional staff to determine future trends in business performance, then to develop appropriate learning and development initiatives.
Whilst many of the interpersonal skills they use as trainers will be appropriate for the consultancy role, there are other skills and processes they may not be aware of which will be critical for success. This intensive one-day course will help trainers develop their consultancy skills, using the 8-step CONSULTS model.
