Giving Feedback  

We give feedback day-in day-out, with our team and with our peers.

This programme is based around a simple model for formal and informal feedback, and demonstrates an emotionally intelligent approach. Made with the Hay Group and based upon its Emotional Competence Inventory. It combines an engaging mix of dramatised examples showing both good and bad practice, which is augmented by introduction and commentary.

A four-part model for giving feedback is introduced, along with a framework for providing emotionally competent feedback. This DVD can be used by managers and team leaders operating at all levels, as well as staff and team members. A workbook is provided to assist in self-study and group learning.
