To be truly effective as a communicator, you need to understand the subjective experience of those with whom you are communicating. In this highly intensive, one-day seminar you can begin to understand how others view the world, and thus how to dramatically improve your own ability to communicate with them. On this interactive workshop you’ll learn some invaluable tools and techniques which allow you to see the world through others’ eyes and change minds in simple yet incredibly effective ways. Everything that you learn on this course can be applied in any situation involving communication with others. The focus of the day is on communication at work in influencing, negotiating, counselling and other interpersonal communications.
