Managing our time effectively at work is a key skill to accomplishing tasks successfully and achieving goals. Yet many people struggle with getting things done. Sometimes we procrastinate with the tasks that we’d rather not do – leaving them until the last possible moment.  Other people find themselves constantly fire-fighting the jobs that always seem urgent – driving themselves into a spiral of panic that leads ultimately to ‘burn out’
