You briefly introduce the vital need for regular customer/supplier surveys and, using a draft questionnaire, take the participants through a simple planning process. The participants then venture out to meet their customers and suppliers, to actually conduct the surveys. Finally, the participants return for a brief review session, when they start to develop their action plans, based on the outcome of the surveys.
