Great leaders all have a vision they use to engage and excite their constituents. Articulating a good vision isn’t easy, so this training activity is designed to help participants do just that.

Participants look at the vision statements of some real companies to try to understand what makes a good vision. They then work in pairs to prepare and present a vision for their own teams.
