Many organisations fail to reach their full potential because the people at the lower levels simply don’t share the vision of the leaders, or don’t consider that their efforts contribute to the overall success of the company. Awareness of this important link is, however, easy to achieve and this training activity sets out to do just that.
The group breaks into several teams who cascade implementation of corporate strategy down to the next level in the organisation. The roles rotate around the group so that the participants can see how the separate strands become ever more detailed as they change from strategy to daily tactical implementation.
