Some participants will have experience an incident before and will need an opportunity to review their responses; many will be wondering how they would cope. This training activity provides an opportunity for the participants to plan the action and to identify their responsibilities in response to a variety of different situations.
You introduce the purpose of the training activity and then invite the participants, in small groups, to plan responses to different scenarios and identify their responsibilities. This is followed by a feedback session. The participants then summarise their learning and the training activity closes.
