This training activity follows on from ‘Dealing with appeals’ and uses two case studies to illustrate the contrasting result of appeal hearings
This training activity follows on from ‘Dealing with appeals. The first case study gives the result of Jenny’s appeal hearing, and participants are asked to write to her confirming the result. In the second case study, the disciplinary decision is upheld at an appeal hearing, and participants are asked to write this letter as well. Participants work individually to write the letters, and then in pairs to complete the training activity.
