In October 2006 the discrimination legislation in the UK was strengthened to give people the same protection against discrimination on the grounds of their age, as they already had from other types of discrimination based, for example, on sex, race, or disability. This training activity makes the business case.
This training activity has been designed to be used on its own, or at the start of any training and development activity that introduces participants to the key facts and benefits surrounding age discrimination.
