Purpose: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to introduce a technique that can help any team or group to ensure that their plans are successful, so it has almost universal application. Use it when planning projects, moving to a new building, undertaking a recruitment drive or introducing a new computer system, the list is almost endless. It’s best used towards the end of any planning process, but before the plans are finalised. This enables any resulting preventative action to be built in to the published plans or schedules.
