Communication skills play a key role in the effective functioning of teams. There are often significant differences between how individuals see their own behaviour, and how their behaviour is perceived by others. This training activity enables participants to consider these differences and then to move on to discussing and defining changes to their behaviour which will improve the working of the group.

In this training activity, participants consider the way their team works, in the light of assertive communication, then plan for changes and improvements.
