An important feature of winning teams is their ability to notice details and to do things correctly and well. We may all think we’re good at this, but are we really?

After a brief introduction, the participants are divided into teams and launch into a task, which is to replicate accurately a precisely constructed model, passing on the instructions by word of mouth only. Afterwards, the task is reviewed by the group as a whole and specific learning objectives identified that can be put into use in the workplace.
