This draws together all the strands and gives people an overview of their CPD process after they have worked through the learning activities. Again, mutual mentors work in pairs to make sure that everyone’s action plans are both comprehensive and realistic.
Participants work in their mentor pairs to: review everything they have done in the previous activities; mark and celebrate their achievements, consider what is still to do and set their current priorities; and define detailed action plans. These ideas are shared briefly in a short plenary session which ends the training activity.
