A winning team is consistently able to produce excellent results, even when under pressure. The way team members pull together and use all of their strengths, oiling the tensions and stresses with natural humour and mutual respect for each others’ abilities comes to the fore when the pressure is on.
The general outline of the training activity can be modified to suit a wide variety of organisations and can be used at the end of a busy day to provide a high-energy and motivating experience. The participants work in mixed teams and are asked to produce a 5-minute TV commercial on a topic related to their working lives. The resulting videos are viewed and scored by the whole team much to the amusement of everyone!
