Secretaries can provide a valuable contribution to our personal effectiveness, but often their potential is not fully realised. This training activity helps participants identify the main elements which make up the job of a secretary, explore any gaps that exist and the ways in which maximum performance can be achieved.

You ask participants to split up into groups to identify the key requirements of the secretarial role. You then ask them to identify the gaps which currently exist and the actions they think could be taken to maximise the performance of their secretaries.

Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to help participants identify and achieve the ultimate ‘win–win’ scenario.
