This training activity shows participants how to set up and conduct a disciplinary meeting.
This training activity can be used as a stand-alone exercise or as a continuation of the case study in the activity ‘Harassment and bullying’. It is designed to help participants accept their responsibilities to undertake investigations and, if necessary to set up and run effective and lawful disciplinary hearings which mirror ACAS recommendations.
Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers acting as facilitators, but managers, coaches, colleagues or consultants can readily facilitate this training activity.
