This training activity uses a scenario in which an aggrieved employee is unhappy about the way a complaint has been handled – a situation which is not uncommon at work.

This training activity continues to develop the situation from the activities ‘Harassment and bullying’ and ‘Managing unacceptable behaviour’. An aggrieved employee is unhappy about the way a complaint has been handled, and the training activity is designed to help participants implement correct grievance procedures. The training activity can be used on its own, or as part of a broader approach.

Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers acting as facilitators, but managers, coaches, colleagues or consultants can readily facilitate this training activity.
