Creative teamwork is an essential component of overall success for most businesses. It allows us to explore un-chartered territory and further enhance performance through the introduction of new ideas and concepts. Some businesses will, in fact, stick with known structures and processes and will do so very successfully, whilst others, particularly in the sales arena, need to continually explore new ideas in order, strategically, to go that extra mile. This training activity addresses the issue by showing that taking the time to ‘step out of the box’ and brainstorming ideas can produce quite significant results, whatever the desired outcome or subject issue may be.
As a team, participants identify locations on a map by way of solving clues. The first letters of each location will make up a word relevant to the purpose: TEAMWORK.
Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to enable participants to think creatively, use good teamwork and keep an open mind in order to solve the clues and locate the correct towns within the UK.
