If leaders want to change things for the better, rather than simply change things for the sake of change, some creative thinking can help. Many people think that they are not creative. This training activity aims to demonstrate that everyone has the capacity to think creatively.
Participants learn that there’s more to creativity than just the occasional blinding flash of inspiration, and that there are specific practical tools they can use to be more creative.
Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to help them present the participants with some practical techniques for becoming more creative. They practise these in a whole-group exercise.
