This training activity uses a scenario to illustrate the situation leading up to an appeal and includes an appeal letter and a notice of appeal meeting for participants to assess. Participants read the case study and then assess the accompanying paperwork and how appropriate it is for the situation. They make recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Participants work in pairs to complete the training activity.
