Leaders often show their true mettle when it comes to making decisions. This training activity shows that different approaches to decision making are appropriate in different circumstances.

Participants work in four separate groups to prepare a presentation about the four different approaches to decision making. They then analyse recent and current decisions to decide the most appropriate way to handle them.

Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to introduce the four different approaches to decision making. You then encourage the participants to analyse recent real-life decisions and decide which approach is the most appropriate.
