A winning team must have an inner drive to succeed. There are customers or clients to look after, and their needs and expectations are constantly changing and increasing. As if that wasn’t enough, there are always new competitors appearing on the market with promises of new service levels, or lower costs – or both.
You brief the participants for a task that sounds deceptively easy. Having been divided into teams, they then try to solve the task in the minimum number of moves. They learn how their colleagues have done and then try to improve on their own result.
