Members of a winning team must be great at influencing other people. This training activity offers a reminder of the key elements of being influential, and then sets the participants an interesting task, which will give them the opportunity to display their influencing skills in order to arrive at a successful result.
You open the training activity with a brief overview of four key steps for successful influencing, based on the acronym WASP. The teams are then briefed for an interesting task that will test their abilities to influence their colleagues in a short an unusual exercise.
