It is important to find out not only whether you learned what you set out to learn, but also what the impact of this learning has been on the wider organisation.

This training activity starts with a fun exercise to help participants share experiences and think about their learning achievements. This leads into trainer input on conscious and unconscious learning. Participants use this individually to consider their achievements at learning to learn. Small-group work is used to check out personal assessments, and the activity closes with participants completing an evaluation questionnaire.

Who is it for: This training activity is intended for use by trainers to give participants the opportunity to look back over their learning and evaluate the results, at both a personal and organisational level.
