The subject of leadership is so rich and complex that it is sometimes difficult to know where to begin. This session gives participants a simple but powerful framework for learning about leadership.

You introduce the four dimensions model of leadership by asking participants to talk about leaders they admire. Participants familiarise themselves with the models by relating it to other popular leadership models. They finish by reflecting and sharing their own views of what makes a great leader.

Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to show participants how leadership differs from management and to explore and compare some key leadership theories.
