Many people are aware of time management and may have attended courses, but have seen no real improvements. Good time-management principles are all very well in theory, but how do they apply to real life and why are they so difficult to keep up? This training activity looks at the individual attitudes of participants towards improving their time management skills, and at their own potential barriers. It shows how they must take responsibility for their own actions in order to make any changes permanent.
You begin this training activity by asking the participants to complete a questionnaire to help them establish some of the main time-management problems they encounter. You then ask them to analyse their own attitudes to these problems and identify the specific things they could do to take more control.
