A winning team is composed of committed, confident and constantly developing individuals. The motivation to develop constantly must come from within, but members of the team can help each other to grow and develop their skills on a daily basis.
You briefly introduce the ‘logic trees’ technique, demonstrating the process based on your own personal development. The participants then work in pairs to practise using the technique.
