A winning team is comprised of successful individuals who must all be confident in their ability to deliver a consistent level of work day in, day out. Central to this is their belief and confidence in their own abilities.
You introduce the training activity and then ask the participants to work in small groups to discuss four questions relating to confidence. After this discussion, the main group is reformed and the participants give short presentations to their colleagues relating to the four questions they have discussed. Finally, you distribute a handout which summarises some of the key elements that can contribute to improving confidence.
