A winning team requires all its members to have a high level of personal motivation to be sure that their aims and objectives are met consistently, on time and in full.
You introduce the subject of motivation by outlining some of the classic motivation theories. You then move on to see how motivators influence us when buying products or services, and relate the findings to motivation at work. You then show the participants how underlying motivation can be explored and they practise the skills. The training activity closes with a review of what participants have learned and how this learning can be applied.
