Use this training resource to give participants an example of how not to deal with a disciplinary matter.

A short training activity, using a case study to illustrate a mixture of personal and objective statements linked to behaviour. Participants read the case study, then convert subjective statements referring to the person into objective statements that deal with behaviour. Participants work in pairs to complete the training activity.
