An important characteristic of a winning team is its ability to deliver a consistent quality of service, whatever the conditions in which it is operating. Team members must be able to stay focused and effective regardless of the pressures under which they have to work.
After very short briefing, the teams immediately start on a challenging task which takes 1 hour 15 minutes to complete. With 20 minutes to run, the task is changed and you observe how the team manages to deal with this sudden change in priorities and requirements. Finally, the main group reforms, the teams evaluate each others’ products and review the learning points from the exercise.
