The ability to ask the right questions is fundamental to understanding exactly what is happening in any given situation. Asking questions has also proved itself to be a highly effective influencing technique.
You open the session by going over some of the basics of questioning skills, then introduce a questioning cascade. The participants practise using the skills, and the training activity closes with a group review.
