Having an objective is one thing; knowing how we are going to meet it is something else. A clear step-by-step process is fundamental to the success of any organisation. Along with the process there must be consideration for potential pitfalls, method of communication, and son on. Without consideration the direction will become a little jagged, and the objective will often be missed, or met inefficiently. This training activity highlights the issue by showing that, in order to meet the objective within the specified time, a planned process of how it will be achieved must be developed. The training activity can be used by any number of participants.

Working together as a team, the participants plan a method of silent communication. They communicate with each other down a single line, and the actual task is completed by the participant at the end.
