This training activity gives participants an opportunity to think about how they would like to see themselves develop, and as age-discrimination legislation may affect retirement ages, existing self-development plans may need amending.

This training activity helps participants to review their life so far, to consider how they want their lives to develop, and to formulate plans to achieve their aims. The training activity can be use alone, or in conjunction with ‘Motivation at different ages’, ‘Thinking ahead to retirement’, and/or ‘What are you going to do with the rest of your life?’

Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers acting as facilitators, but managers, coaches, colleagues or consultants can readily facilitate this training activity.
