We all have different learning styles and we also all have a multitude of techniques to make our learning more effective. Sharing these techniques will enable others to improve their learning effectiveness.
This training activity starts with the group brainstorming a list of the learning techniques they currently use and then each participant selects one that they personally use. Individuals prepare a 5-minute presentation on their chosen learning technique which they then deliver to the rest of the group. The activity ends with the completion of a learning log.
