One of the main features of effective teams is their ability to play to their strengths – individuals know what they are good at and recognise what their colleagues are good at too.
After a brief introduction to the task, the participants are divided into teams of five, given their materials and set going. Having completed the task, they return to the training room where they hold a short debrief on what made the task effective and how they could do it more effectively.
Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to demonstrate to participants the need to work together to arrive at a good solution.
