A winning team needs a great deal of stamina to keep going when things get difficult. The pressures faced by teams are constantly changing – adjustments in customer expectation, new technology, shortened timescales, even just the general increase in the tempo of life. All of these factors place extra stress on a team and individual members will need to have the personal stamina necessary to keep going when the pressure’s on.
After the briefest of introductions (it’s kept short on purpose) the participants are given their task. They have to transfer a set of numbered discs from one point to another, whilst observing some very specific and demanding rules. Some time is then spent reviewing how effectively the participants performed this task.
