With a variety of performance management techniques available, how does a manager recognise what is needed in particular situations, to achieve the optimum results? This training activity provides an opportunity for participants to think through the issues involved in performance management and identify techniques to use for achieving high performance.
Following a brief introduction, participants work in small groups to identify techniques for performance management. This is followed by feedback and clarification of the techniques and your presentation of the Performance management cycle. The training activity ends with participants reviewing their learning expectations for the programme.
