How often have you allocated tasks to your daily schedule with the intention of completing them that day only to end up with just half of them done and the other half staring back at you defiantly? You end the day feeling frustrated and negative, focusing on what you haven’t achieved. This training activity gives guidelines on how to avoid this trap by explaining the important principles of diary control, offering participants the opportunity to adapt these principles to suit their individual requirements.
You begin this training activity by explaining to the participants the principles of calculating their net available time accurately and of maximising their prime time. You then explore some handy tips for weekly and daily diary control and finally give the participants the opportunity to apply these principles to their own diary systems.
