Stress is something most of us have experienced at some time or other, brought on by a set of circumstances we feel unable to cope with. Although a variety of factors may contribute to stress, this training activity aims to look specifically at stress in relation to time management and personal effectiveness.
You begin this training activity by giving the participants, in a group situation, the opportunity to explore the likely impact of poor time-management skills. You then ask them to establish the potential benefits for them individually of being more effective with their time and then to draw up action points to achieve those benefits.
