During the course, the participants have identified skills and techniques to reduce stress at work. The challenge for the participants now is to extend this learning into the workplace and continue their personal development. It is a task that is more readily achieved if it is planned.

The training activity begins with a short plenary introduction after which the participants work on their own to produce a ‘transfer of learning’ action plan. They then use a display reference area to identify opportunities for extending their learning.

Who is it for: This training activity is intended for use by trainers to encourage participants to be responsible for continuing their personal development and extending learning into the workplace. It is appropriate for use at the end of a training session.
