Often, businesses are under quite extraordinary pressure to meet their objectives in the fastest possible time. Speed, efficiency and quality are usually the three key factors to increased profitability. In most cases, time is money, and greater efficiency produces more profit. This training activity addresses the issue by highlighting the need for clever planning in order to build a process by which to meet the objective in the most efficient and effective manner.
As a group, participants locate and collect a hidden object. Clues are non-descriptive and very creative. Each participant is provided with one creative clue only – they are in no particular order.
Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to introduce a little creative thinking into the team environment and show this can help overcome issues such as objectives that are perceived to be unrealistic.
