This training activity uses a case study to give details of disciplinary action that result in a written warning.

This training activity uses a case study to provide the detail of disciplinary action that results in a first written warning. Participants read the case study, and then write the letter to be sent to the employee against whom the action is to be taken. The trainer sets the scene and provides help as necessary to participants as they write their letters. This training activity can be used with participants who have limited knowledge of disciplinary procedures.
