Writing good procedures is difficult!
You begin this training activity with a hilarious exercise in which the participants learn the difficulty of writing clear instructions and procedures. Each team writes instructions for carrying out simple, everyday tasks and the other team then tries to follow the instructions. The tasks are simple enough – how to tie a gentleman’s necktie and how to stick a plaster on a wound. The results can be an absolute riot!
