People learn more effectively if they have the self-awareness to realise that there are gaps in their current set of skills, and if they have clear goals for what they want to learn.

You begin this training activity by distributing a questionnaire to the participants to enable them to assess their current approach to leadership. They then use this information to prepare a set of learning goals.
