By using a systematic approach to decision making you can ensure results are achieved.

You start the training activity by leading a discussion which establishes what is meant by decision making and how it fits into a manager’s remit to achieve results. The participants are encouraged to think about how they currently carry out the decision making process and then compare their approach with our model of the systematic approach. You facilitate the participants’ development through a series of exercises which introduce decision making concepts, and then give them an opportunity to try each out in practice. Purpose: This training activity is intended for use by trainers at the early stages of any development programme that aims to develop managerial skills with its primary focus on decision making techniques.
